Mr. H.T. Kamal Pathmasiri is a highly experienced member of the Sri Lanka Administrative Service, having held various senior management positions over a 32-year career. He has served as Cabinet Secretary, Government Agent/District Secretary, Director General of SLIATE, and has held key roles in several national organizations. He has also represented Sri Lanka in international negotiations and, post-retirement, has continued to serve in significant capacities, including with UNESCO and the Sri Lanka Welfare Benefit Board.

Mr. H.M. Saliya Dharmawardane is the Deputy Director General, with extensive experience in public service and administration. He has numerous higher educational and professional qualifications, including an MPA and certifications in various fields such as database management, public financial management, and public procurement. He has received foreign training in governance, finance, and tax policy, among others, over the last ten years. Additionally, he has held appointments to the boards of several state-owned enterprises (SOEs) and educational institutions in Sri Lanka.

Mrs. Samantha K. Jayasuriya (DDG - International Relation)
Ambassador (Rtd) Mrs. Samantha K. Jayasuriya is a consultant in international affairs with over 22 years of experience as a career diplomat in the Sri Lanka Foreign Service. She has extensive expertise in multilateral diplomacy, having held key positions in UN missions and embassies, and served as a Special Adviser to the UNHCR. Her background includes significant contributions to migration, sustainable development, public policy, diplomacy, and human rights. Additionally, she has academic experience as a lecturer and holds advanced degrees in International Relations and Agriculture Economics.

Mr. Dhammika Karangoda, a member of the Information and Communication Technology Service (ICT) in Sri Lanka. Works as a consultant (IT) in Sri Lanka Institute of Development Administration (SLIDA) and the University of Keele as a Casual Administrator.
